Smartlink Training provides professional First Aid training for individuals, organisations, schools, and community groups in Armidale. We run both public and private sessions. For our public classes, anyone can attend on the day we have our public training. However, if you have a group of ten or more participants, we can send one of our trainers to your location to deliver the training. You can contact our team to arrange a suitable date and time.

Our First Aid training courses are nationally accredited and recognised. We meet all training and assessment standards required in Australia. As a Registered Training Organisation (RTO 45280), we deliver government approved First Aid course in Armidale for individuals, schools, and organisations. Standard CPR, Standard First Aid, Standard Childcare First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis courses do not require online pre-work.

Do I need a certification to practise first aid?

Workplace first aid attendants are required to hold a current accreditation to practice first aid in the workplace. First Aid certificate holders need to renew their accreditation every 3 years to practise first aid in the workplace. Additionally, CPR-accredited individuals must renew their CPR certification every 12 months. Our express and standard first aid courses are renewable. Can I claim a first-aid course on my taxes?

Yes, you can. If you are the assigned first aid attendant in your workplace and are required to obtain a first aid accreditation to support emergency situations at work, you might be able to claim courses on tax.
