CPR is a very essential skill for everyone to know. As it takes a few minutes for a person to become brain dead when his/her heart stops beating, it is important for everyone to know how to perform CPR. By performing CPR, we keep the person’s blood circulating thereby providing the needed oxygen around the body until help arrives. With a CPR course, you will learn the needed skills to save someone’s life in an emergency, when someone becomes unconscious and not breathing.
